1 INTRODUCTION

A large number of aircraft is expected to be circling the location near Landgraaf where the international music festival of Pinkpop will take place between Friday 20 June 2025 and Sunday 22 June 2025. During this period, a temporary restricted area is established to structure the air traffic in the airspace over the festival and the surrounding areas, like parking areas and campsites.

2 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS

From Thursday 19 June 2025 1000 to Monday 23 June 2025 1000, the temporary restricted area Landgraaf will be active between SFC and 3000 FT AMSL. The dimensions of the area are described and depicted in paragraph 3.

Allowed to operate in the area are:

• Flights operated by or on behalf of police, HEMS, SAR and fire brigade;
• UAS flights performing crowd-management tasks on behalf of the organization of Pinkpop.

Other flights are allowed under the following conditions:

• Pilots shall follow the lefthand circuit as shown on the chart in paragraph 3;
• Flights shall not be conducted above the festival terrain, including campsites and parking areas;
  this also applies when making the turn as depicted on the chart by a dotted blue line.
• Entry point to the temporary restricted area shall be around the depicted 'A' and exit around the depicted 'B';
• The festival terrain, including campsites and parking areas shall always be kept on the lefthand side of the pilot;
• Banner towing flights have to fly at 1400 FT AGL or above.

Furthermore:

• SERA remains applicable to all aircraft;
• When equipped, all aircraft have to activate the mode S transponder.

This temporary restricted area is prohibited to all civil aircraft that cannot comply with the conditions stated above. This includes but is not limited to UAS, model aircraft, manned balloons and kites.
